Hogg was selected to represent the British & Irish Lions in 2013, 2017 and 2021. The youngest player in the squad in 2013, the Scotsman was forced to miss the 2017 tour to New Zealand after injuring himself in a collision with Irishman Conor Murray during the preparation for the Test Matches.
