One of several high-profile absentees at the Cheltenham Festival for Nicky Henderson, Sir Gino is 8/11 to win the Anniversary 4-Y-O Juvenile Hurdle at Aintree.
The Grade Two winner will face five rivals, including Triumph Hurdle runner-up Kargese and the unbeaten Kalif Du Berlais.

Ante post favourite for the Triumph Hurdle at Cheltenham Festival, Sir Gino was withdrawn from the race following concerns from within the Henderson camp about the condition of their horses.
It marked a torrid Festival for Henderson, who was forced to rule superstar Constitution Hill out of his title defence in the Champion Hurdle, while the likes of Jonbon and Shishkin were also non-runners.
French-bred Sir Gino remains unbeaten heading into Aintree, with his latest win achieved in impressive fashion after beating Burdett Road by 10 lengths in the Triumph Trial in January.
A month prior he was victorious on British debut at Kempton, powering clear of his rivals and passing the post with 14 lengths to spare in a Juvenile Hurdle.
Before he was purchased by the Donnelly's in October, Sir Gino's only other previous success was in a Listed race at Auteuil in April.
