Liam Rosenior becomes the latest manager to depart Stamford Bridge.
The Blues have developed quite the reputation, especially since the turn of the century, for chopping and changing their head coach and have gone through 12 different permanent gaffers since 2011.
From Graham Potter to Avram Grant, we take a look at the shortest managerial reigns in Chelsea history.
Officially appointed on 6th January 2026 after leaving Ligue 1 outfit Strasbourg but by the time he was dismissed as Blues head coach, he had only been in charge for 104 days.
This is by far the shortest time ever spent by a permanent manager in Chelsea's history, over 100 days less than Potter was afforded in the dugout. Potter won just 39% of his matches in charge at Stamford Bridge after leaving Brighton and spent more than £300m on transfers during that time.
Although both of those examples were relatively unsuccessful, the same cannot be said for Grant, who won a brilliant 66% of his games and took home 2.32 points per match - a great yield than Jose Mourinho, Antonio Conte and Carlo Ancelotti.
Amongst the list of managerial casualties are the likes of Andre Villas-Boas, Mauricio Pochettino and Maurizio Sarri who all had limited spells at Stamford Bridge.
