On Monday 30th June 2025, Great Britain made history as seven players won at Wimbledon, the most in singles at a Grand Slam in the Open Era.
The stellar performances by Great British players on Monday represented the most wins in a day for homegrown players in singles at Grand Slams in the Open Era.
Emma Raducanu breezed past fellow Brit Mimi Xu, whilst there were also wins for Cameron Norrie, Arthur Frey, Billy Harris, Sonay Kartel and Katie Boulter.
However, the story of the round has to be 21-year-old debutant Oliver Tarvet. The World 719 defeated Leandro Riedi in straight sets to reach the second round.
Attention now turns to Tuesday's action, where a further nine Brits will be looking to replicate Monday's success.
