Serie A table-toppers Napoli are looking to maintain or even extend their 12-point lead at the summit of the division on Sunday when they take on Jose Mourinho's Roma at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona.

The Partenopei are looking for a first league title since the days of Maradona in 1990 and are well on course to achieve the feat following a sensational season thus far.

So far, they have won 16 of their 19 games and will reach a ton of points if the second half of the season plays out the same. 

Trying to stop that this weekend will be Roma, who are unbeaten in their last six and among a clutch of teams fighting to be the 'best of the rest' if Napoli's charge continues.

Just two points separate defending Serie A winners AC Milan and sixth place Atalanta and it promises to be a hugely exciting battle for European football next season.

Meanwhile, Juventus are still coming to terms with their 15-point deduction and face Monza at home looking to kick-start their campaign once more.

This season has so far been perfect for Napoli and the fans can sense the prospect of a first title win in 33 years following a first half of the season in which they have been near unbeatable.

They are the biggest goalscorers by some distance in the top flight with 46 goals, while only 14 goals have gone past them as they also take the gong for the most miserly defence thus far.

Victor Osimhen has been sensational up top and has bagged 13 goals - he is priced at 6/4 to Score Anytime here - so Roma will have to be very wary.

Mourinho's men have been much better on the road this season than at home, with Roma losing only once on their travels all season.

However, Napoli have dropped only two points at home all season and it is hard to see Roma worsening that record. Spalletti's men have even responded excellently to losing for the first time this season against Inter Milan with three successive victories since.

AC Milan's hopes of winning successive league titles are reliant mainly on Napoli faltering. At present, it looks like the best they will achieve is second-place.

This season has been one of inconsistency and frustration with silly defeats and draws halting any progress they may have been making.

Stefano Pioli's side are currently on a three-game winless run where their defence has been ramshackle. The Rossoneri have let eight goals past them in that period and were thumped 4-0 by third-place Lazio last week.

Up next is a home game against Sassuolo and one they really need to win, not just to preserve their flailing title ambitions, but to make sure the teams behind them don't overtake.

Sassuolo are winless in eight games and the goals have dried up as well with only four being scored in that run. Therefore, Milan can feel confident of winning this one comfortably and are 7/4 to be the only Team to Score.

Now, they face the might of Inter Milan who are looking to get back to winning ways following a disappointing home defeat to Empoli last time out.

The Nerazzurri have been particularly potent in front of goal lately and have found the net 24 times in their last 11 games, a run which included a win against top dogs Napoli.

Simone Inzaghi's side would be very disappointed with anything other than a win and they can be backed at 9/2 to score over 3.5 goals.

Juventus are still smarting following their 15-point deduction for financial irregularities and there is likely to be a siege mentality in the camp for the rest of the campaign.

The penalty dropped them from second in the table down to tenth and they will have to have an enormously successful second half of the season to try and rescue European football.

They face a home game against Monza next up who have enjoyed a successful first top-flight season as they sit 13th, currently on an unbeaten run stretching five games.

Juventus have lost 5-1 to Napoli and drawn 3-3 with Atalanta in their last two games but prior to that, they had a winning streak of eight games where they didn't concede a goal and they are priced at 6/4 to win with both teams not scoring in the Result/Both Teams to Score market.
