Simone Inzaghi's Inter romped to the Serie A title in 2023/24, finishing 19 points clear of rivals Milan in second, with the Nerazzurri unsurprisingly the clear favourites to win the league again ahead of the new campaign.

Boasting a talent-laden squad spearheaded by Lautaro Martinez in attack, with the Argentine hitman finishing last term as the top goalscorer in Serie A on 24 goals, Inter lost only two matches all season in Italy's top flight.

Second in the betting to win the 2024/25 Serie A title are Italy's most decorated club Juventus, with the Old Lady seeking to bounce back from a disappointing third-placed finish last season.

Juventus will be led by a new manager in the 2024/25 campaign following the departure of Massimiliano Allegri, with the Turin giants in need of fresh impetus if they are to lodge a credible challenge to Inzaghi's dominant Inter side.

Next in the outright reckoning are Inter's city rivals Milan, with the Rossoneri also set to be led by a new manager in 2024/25 following the departure of Stefano Pioli after five years in charge.

Milan finished second in Serie A behind Inter last term, and with international quality players including Mike Maignan, Theo Hernandez and Rafael Leao currently in their ranks, they are capable of mounting a title push in 2024/25.

Other contenders to wrestle the Serie A title away from Inter include 2022/23 champions Napoli, reigning Europa League winners Atalanta, and Daniele De Rossi's Roma.
