Former AFCON champions Senegal host Burkina Faso as qualification for the 2025 tournament in Morocco begins.
Senegal lifted the trophy back in 2021 and will hope to improve on their performance last time out, when they lost on penalties in the knockout stages to eventual champions Ivory Coast.
Burkina Faso have never won the AFCON title but they were runners-up in 2013, before achieving third and fourth placed finishes in their last two appearances at the finals.
