Hearts talisman Lawrence Shankland finished as the Top Goalscorer in the Scottish Premiership in the 2023/24 season, with the Scotland striker hitting an impressive 24 league goals.

Shankland's goals have dried up in the 2024/25 campaign, however, leaving the race to finish as the top marksman in Scotland wide open.

Celtic's Daizen Maeda is the current favourite to finish top of the goals standings in the Scottish Premiership in 2024/25 having assumed the central striking berth at Parkhead following compatriot Kyogo Furuhashi's departure to Rennes in January.

Dundee United's on-loan striker Sam Dalby and Rangers duo Cyriel Dessers and Vaclav Cerny are also amongst the frontrunners to score the most Scottish Premiership goals in 2024/25.
