Scotland manager Steve Clarke has announced his provisional 28-player squad for Euro 2024, with uncapped duo Ben Doak and Ross McCrorie handed call-ups.
Liverpool winger Doak has made seven appearances for Scotland's Under 21s, but this is the ex-Celtic academy player's first senior call-up for his country.
Bristol City's Ross McCrorie will offer Scotland an option at right wing-back following injuries suffered by Brentford's Aaron Hickey and Everton's Nathan Patterson, who both miss out on the Euros squad.
James Forrest makes an international return following a strong end to the season for Celtic, with the 32-year-old last turning out for his country three years ago as a substitute in Scotland's Euro 2020 opener against Czech Republic at Hampden.
Rangers' Ryan Jack has made the cut despite not playing for his club since the first-leg of their Europa League last-16 tie with Benfica due to injury, with Steve Clarke also sweating over the fitness of Southampton midfielder Stuart Armstrong who has been included in his 28-player pool as he recovers from a quad issue.
Scotland boss Clarke will trim his 28-player squad down to 26 ahead of the UEFA deadline on 7th June, with the Scots due to face Gibraltar on 3rd June and Finland on 7th June as warm-up friendlies for the tournament.
