The Perth Scorchers have been boosted by the news both Mitch Marsh and Josh Inglis should be available to face the Brisbane Heat in Monday night's BBL11 clash.
The Scorchers are priced at 3/10 to make the Big Bash League final and having both players available again would boost their chances of going all the way.
Allrounder Marsh and wicketkeeper Inglis got called up to the Australian squad to provide cover for the fourth and fifth Ashes Tests but neither have played for the baggy greens.
With the fifth Test now underway the duo have been granted permission to link up with the Scorchers again and could slot straight back in against the Heat.
Thunder strike again for Scorchers
English trio get one more game
Marsh had been smashing runs for fun before his departure and coach Adam Voges will be delighted to have both him and Inglis available again.
"My understanding is that we’re hopeful we’ll get Mitch and Josh available for the Brisbane Heat game on Monday night," Voges said.
"That hasn’t been absolutely confirmed yet but my understanding is that they’re hopefully going to be on a plane tomorrow along with the Brisbane Heat guys that are in Hobart as well.
"Hopefully that will add a little bit of extra spice to that match, we’re really looking forward to getting those guys back. Once they get on the plane tomorrow I’ll be a lot happier."
In an added bonus the Scorchers could also get Test bowler Jhye Richardson back in time to play a role in the push for glory after he also starred in the Ashes series.
"Jhye might be after the Test series but we’re hopeful of getting him back for finals," Voges added. "I had a good chat with Jhye the other day and he’s keen to be involved."
