Following their first win of the new season last time out, Newcastle Red Bulls make the trip to London to face Saracens.
The Red Bulls earned an impressive 17-3 win over Sale Sharks in their Prem Rugby derby weekend fixture, to lift them off the bottom of the table.
In their crucial victory, Christian Wade also made history, scoring his 101st try to go level with Chris Ashton at the top of the all-time tryscoring charts.
Meanwhile, Saracens faltered away at Harlequins, handing them their first win of the season, as they fell to a second defeat from their opening four.
Following their dismal defeat last weekend, Brendan Venter has rang the changes, with Saracens naming just five players in the starting XV that began the game at the Stoop.
Elliot Daly, Tobias Elliott and Rotimi Segun start in the back three, with Nick Tomkins and Sione Va'enuku forming the centre pairing, while Tom James partners Owen Farrell - who captains the side - at half back.
Alex O'Driscoll comes into the front row alongside Theo Dan and Marcus Street - who keep their places from last week's defeat - while Nick Isiekwe and Hugh Tizard start at second row. Nathan Michelow, Toby Knight and Alfie Barbeary form the back row.
Such is the strength in depth at the club, Saracens' bench features no less than five England internationals.
Contrastingly, Dan McFarland has made just three changes to his side, that earned their first win of the season last time out, with Alex Hearle, Cam Jordan and Sam Graham returning to the side.
Hearle is partnered in the midfield by Will Rigg, with Josh Hodge, Christian Wade and Werner Kok named in the back three. Simón Benítez Cruz and Brett Connon are the half backs.
Pouri Rakete-Stones, George McGuigan and Elliot Millar Mills form the front row, with Oscar Usher and Jordan making up the lock pairing.
Graham replaces Hoskins Sotutu in the back row, alongside Max Hicks and Tom Christie.
