Britain's Sandy Ryan and American star Mikaela Mayer will tip the scales on Thursday ahead of their hugely-anticipated WBO welterweight world title showdown at New York City's iconic Madison Square Garden.
It's been one of the more intense build-ups to a women's world championship bout, and tensions are expecting to reach boiling point when the two face-off for the final time at their pre-fight weigh-in.
The American challenger - a former world champion herself - has fired shots at Ryan after the English fighter moved to the US to work under the guidance of her own long-term coach Kay Koroma.
Ryan has opted to remain coy and vow to do all of her talking in the ring.
