Nigeria began their 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying campaign with a routine victory over Benin and their next assignment is a trip to Rwanda on Tuesday afternoon.
A brace from Ademola Lookman and a goal for Victor Osimhen secured a 3-0 win for Nigeria in their opening game, while Rwanda began their campaign with a 1-1 draw in Libya.

Rwanda v Nigeria will be played at the Amahoro Stadium in Kigali, Rwanda and kick-off is at 14:00 BST on Tuesday 10th September 2024.
Rwanda have never beaten Nigeria in five previous meetings, with Nigeria winning two and the other three ending all square.
The 1-1 draw in a World Cup qualifier back in 2005 is the only time that Rwanda have scored against their opponents.
