The Rugby World Cup started in some style on Friday 8th September with hosts France kicking off in style by beating pre-tournament favourites New Zealand 27-13.
In all, there will be 48 fixtures played across the tournament - including 40 in the group stages that run from Friday 8th September to Sunday 8th October.
The knockout stages begin on Saturday 14th October and conclude with the final a fortnight later.
