A rare midweek encounter sees the two rivals meet at The Brick Community Stadium in what is a rearranged fixture from round two, when Wigan beat the Penrith Panthers 16-12 to win the World Club Challenge.
A victory for the Warriors will put them at the top of the pile, while Leigh will hope to improve their chances of finishing in the top six and securing a play-off spot.

Wigan boss Matty Peet has made one change to his squad for the clash with Leigh, as Jacob Douglas replaces Sam Eseh Jr.
Half-back Bevan French is still sidelined due to injury, but Jai Field returned last week and should feature again.
Gareth O'Brien was replaced by Bailey Hodgson for last week's 20-10 win over the Castleford Tigers and, with such a short turnaround, he will hope to regain his place in the travelling party.
