A place in the Challenge Cup final is up for grabs at the Totally Wicked Stadium on Sunday as the Warrington Wolves take on the Leigh Leopards.
The Wire are 80 minutes away from Wembley, having beaten Whitehaven, Widnes Vikings and St Helens so far in the competition.
Leigh hammered Workington 60-0 in their Challenge Cup opener before beating Batley Bulldogs and Wakefield Trinity to reach the final four.
The Leopards have made the better start in Super League, with Adrian Lam's side third in the table on 15 points, while Warrington are ninth on 10 points.
Leigh to win - 6/5
Warrington will be eager to make it to Wembley in back-to-back seasons when they make the short trip to the Totally Wicked Stadium.
The Wire fell to an 18-8 defeat at the national stadium in last season's Challenge Cup final, and coach Sam Burgess will have learnt plenty from that experience.
Leigh reached the final 12 months earlier, so both teams know what it takes to get the job done in the semi-finals.
The Leopards will feel aggrieved to be considered outsiders for this clash, especially when they beat Warrington 18-14 in Rivals Round just a few weeks ago.
Leigh have a cracking record against Warrington in recent years, winning three of the last four meetings.
Warrington pair Marc Sneyd and Matty Ashton have been recalled, but injuries to Danny Walker and George Williams will have a big effect on Warrington's gameplan. Sneyd may be passed fit to start, but he will need to wear a protective mask due to a fractured eye socket.
Leigh have won five matches on the spin and with the bulk of their key players fit, they should overpower their opponents.
Over 36.5 points - 10/11
With so much at stake this weekend, both teams will empty the tank in order to try and book their spot at Wembley.
Leigh have scored at least 20 points in four of their last five games, and they may need to do that again to overcome Warrington.
With Sneyd perhaps not at his best, Warrington will have to find a way to score points, and they proved they could do that when scoring 20 past Wigan in last weekend's 22-20 defeat.
While the Wire should chip in with some points, they have struggled defensively.
Burgess' men have conceded at least 18 points in four consecutive games and Sunday's semi-final should be interesting to watch for the neutral.
Matty Ashton to score anytime - 23/20
Leigh's main asset will be their forward pack this weekend, and while Warrington should be competitive for large parts, they are likely to fall short as the game progresses.
Warrington's biggest attacking threat will be Matt Dufty at full-back, and he will receive a lot of touches of the ball.
Dufty will look to spread the ball wide and take some of the workload away from Sneyd, and he will try to bring winger Matty Ashton into the attack.
Ashton has nine tries to his name so far this season and six of those have come in his last four appearances, including an effort against Leigh in Round 8.
