The Sydney Roosters will part company with prop forward Siosiua Taukeiaho at the end of the NRL season after he penned a two-year contract with Super League side the Catalans Dragons.
The Roosters are priced at 18/5 to reach the 2022 NRL grand final in what will now be Taukeiaho’s last season with the club before embarking on a fresh challenge in France.
Successful Roosters spell
Taukeiaho has enjoyed a very successful spell with the Bondi outfit when winning two premierships in 2018 and 2019. The 30-year-old also won the World Club Challenge in both 2019 and 2020.
He has made 150 appearances so far and will now be looking to go out on a high with Trent Robinson’s side before heading overseas to have a crack at Super League.

He will also get the chance to link up with former Newcastle Knights playmaker Mitchell Pearce who is on the books of the French outfit.
Exciting times
Taukeiaho has loved his time with the Roosters but is now looking forward to seeing what the future holds with the Dragons.
"The Sydney Roosters has been my home for almost 10 years," said Taukeiaho. "The club and the people in it will always be very special to me.
"There have been some special times and I'm looking forward to creating many more during the remainder of this season.
"Like the Roosters, Catalans Dragons have a proud history and I'm looking forward to joining them in 2023.
