Find out how much money MMA behemoths Ronda Rousey and Gina Carano are expected to earn as the pair finally get set to square-off inside the Octagon in Los Angeles in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Whilst no official figures have been officially revealed, it's anticipated that the fight purse for this weekend's blockbuster MMA showdown between Ronda Rousey and Gina Carano is worth around $7 million (£5 million).
The substantial purse will undoubtedly represent the highest pay day of each of the fighters' careers and substantially dwarf the reported $1 million Carano was offered to fight Rousey over a decade ago.
Ronda Rousey is expected to pick up around $5 million (£3.7 million) for fighting Gina Carano.
The figure will far exceed her biggest pay day in the UFC, which was $3 million for her final fight under the banner against Amanda Nunes, and is expected to be boosted further by the addition of sponsorship and endorsement agreements that she will have agreed separately.
Whilst Gina Carano won't pick up quite as much as Ronda Rousey, she will still be handsomely rewarded for taking the fight in the form of an estimated $2 million (£1.5 million) pay cheque.
The figure is substantially more than the reported $120,000 she earned following her high-profile affair with Cris 'Cyborg' Justino in Strikeforce back in 2009.
Again, like Rousey, separate sponsorship deals and endorsements will likely further inflate her total incomings for the long-speculated women's MMA bout.
