The officials have been confirmed for England's World Cup quarter-final with Norway.
France's Clement Turpin will take charge with assistants Nicolas Danos and Benjamin Pages, joined by countryman Jerome Brisard as the video assistant referee.
The fourth official and reserve assistant referee both hail from Spain, with Alejandro Hernandez and Jose Enrique Naranjo.
A number of England players are walking a tightrope ahead of the clash with Norway. If any of Jude Bellingham, Declan Rice, Marc Guehi or Nico O'Reilly pick up a yellow on Saturday night, they will miss the semi-final through suspension.
Thomas Tuchel has shone a spotlight on the officials after a number of decisions went against them during the win over Mexico. Jarell Quansah was given a red card following VAR intervention, while a penalty was awarded to the co-hosts following another VAR intervention, with the two decisions jeopardising England's World Cup hopes.
Speaking after the 3-2 win over Mexico, Tuchel said: "It’s not good enough. He [the referee] can send any team out in any moment. It’s just not good enough. It’s just erratic, it’s just unreliable in matches. Now we have two fourth officials who just scream at you if you put one foot out of a coaching zone. It’s just not good enough.
"We give everything and then decisions are overturned [by VAR] in a very questionable way.
"In real life there is a way of how the game flows and how you referee and some referees are like: ‘No, I don’t allow too much contact.’ Some say: ‘No, now it’s an emotional game, I let the contacts go.’ There are contacts. You cannot look at the still and go: ‘There was a leg in between.’ Come on. You don’t even give a foul and then you go to a red card. You don’t give a foul and then you go to penalty.
"But it’s not only about the big decisions, the little decisions, the consistency in the decisions. You’re just out there, it’s like almost on the open sea, in front of the court, you don’t know what’s going to happen. They’re just not on the level."
English officials Michael Oliver, Stuart Burt and James Mainwaring have been awarded the clash between Belgium and Spain, but aren't allowed to referee games in the other side of the draw.
