Golden Guardians jungler Milo "Pridestalker" Wehnes believes his team have been improving recently, but is frustrated their upturn in performance levels is not being shown in their results in the LCS Spring Split 2022.
In their next match in the LCS Spring on Friday, Golden Guardians are 9/4 to defeat Team Liquid, who can be backed at 1/3 to prevail.
Going into the final week of regular season matches in the LCS Spring Split, the Guardians are on the fringes of a top-six berth and consequent play-off place.
Guardians battle for play-off spot
They find themselves in a three-way tussle for fifth place with Dignitas QNTMPAY and Evil Geniuses and will face EG along with Team Liquid and Immortals in their final round of matches.
Closing out matches remains a problem for Golden Guardians, but they have looked a much stronger side this season, thanks largely to the performances of "Pridestalker" as their jungler.
And their diverse roster, which features Dutchman "Pridestalker", two Canadians, a bot laner from the Oceania region and a support player from South Korea, stand on the verge of a big achievement in the form of the LCS Spring play-offs.

Regarding the team's performances this season, "Pridestalker" said: "We always have a clear idea in mind in what we're focusing on in practice - will will focus only on a few things that we decided to focus on for that week.
"I do think we have been getting better but it hasn't shown in our previous stage games.
"That's unfortunate because it does give you some negative momentum when you're losing like that - it just makes everything feel a bit worse. Still, we're working on it."
