Mick Price is confident Illation will put up another bold show when the unbeaten colt lines up in Saturday’s Listed Adelaide Guineas at Morphettville.
Illation heads into the race off the back of a comfortable win in the Listed Nitschke Stakes, and Price, who trains the colt in partnership with Michael Kent Jnr, believes he will keep his winning run going in a race in which he is the red-hot 1/4 favourite.
"The trainer is confident, the jockey is confident, the horse worked well on Tuesday morning, he seems bright in himself and has already had a little dress rehearsal over there," Price, told Racing Pulse. "I think the mile will be good and I can't think of a reason why he doesn't win."

Indeed, so confident is Price of another win for Illation, he already has his eye on big-race targets further down the line.
"I think we need to start planning for what sort of spell we give him and what race we set him for in the spring and have a chat to the ownership group and see how they feel," he added.
"He's a stud master type of colt and if you had to pick the right race there you probably have to put a ring around the Cox Plate or if you go for the prize-money you go for the $8m Golden Eagle."
Illation can be backed at 10/1 for the Golden Eagle ahead of Saturday’s race and he is also available at 40/1 for the Cox Plate.
