Northampton Saints got their hands on the Premiership Rugby title for the first time since 2014 after defeating Bath in a pulsating final at Twickenham.
Sam Vesty's team topped the league table at the end of the regular season with 12 wins from 18 matches, finishing ahead of Bath, Sale Sharks and Saracens.
Northampton were the fifth different winner of the competition in the last five seasons and that's a trend that could continue in an increasingly competitive division.
Bath's agonising wait for a seventh Premiership title now extends to 30 years and they will be targeting glory under Johann van Graan.
Saracens will be eager to avenge their semi-final defeat to Northampton last term, albeit without Owen Farrell, who departed the club in the summer to join French outfit Racing 92.
