Despite there being a recognised 'Big Six' in the Premier League - comprising Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham - the race to finish in the top six is extremely open in the 2024/25 campaign.

Last season saw champions Man City, Arsenal, Liverpool and Aston Villa finish in the top four and secure qualification for the Champions League, with Tottenham in fifth and Chelsea ending up in sixth.

Depending on the identity of the FA Cup and EFL Cup winners, the teams that finish fifth and sixth in the Premier League should be guaranteed European qualification.

An abundance of teams remain in and around the European spots, with Newcastle, Brighton, Fulham, Aston Villa, Bournemouth and Brentford all in with a chance at securing a top six finish.
