After taking over from Jurgen Klopp last summer, the 46-year-old has delivered a second Premier League trophy to Anfield - already matching the tally accrued by his predecessor.
Eddie Howe (Newcastle) and Nuno Espirito Santo (Nottingham Forest) are up for consideration.
Both Newcastle and Forest remain firmly in the hunt for UEFA Champions League qualification with two games remaining in the season.
