The race to be crowned Premier League champions between Manchester City and Arsenal has gone down to the final day, with Pep Guardiola's Citizens requiring a victory at home to West Ham to seal a record fourth consecutive title.
Mikel Arteta's Arsenal play host to Everton at the Emirates, but the Gunners not only need to win themselves but also hope City drop points against West Ham if they are to claim their first Premier League title since the Invincibles side of 2004.

Should Manchester City successfully retain the FA Cup in a repeat of last year's final against rivals Manchester United, then sixth place in the Premier League will secure Europa League qualification for next season, with seventh place to compete in the Conference League next term.
Mauricio Pochettino's Chelsea are currently sat in sixth in the table, three points ahead of Eddie Howe's Newcastle in seventh.
Chelsea will confirm a top six finish as long as they avoid defeat at home to Bournemouth on the final day, with the Magpies requiring a win away at Brentford and the Blues to lose to elevate themselves above the Londoners.

There are still four teams in mid-table who will be aiming to secure a top half finish on the final day - Brighton, Crystal Palace, Bournemouth and Wolves.
Roberto De Zerbi's Brighton are currently in pole position in 10th, but the Seagulls have a tough final day fixture at home to Manchester United.
Level on points with Brighton are Bournemouth in 11th, but the Cherries also face a tricky final day assignment away at in-form Chelsea.
The door could therefore be open for Crystal Palace to complete their terrific end to the season under Oliver Glasner and secure a top half finish, with the Eagles up against an Aston Villa side who have nothing left to play for after their Champions League qualification was confirmed following Tottenham's 2-0 defeat against Man City.
Gary O'Neil's 13th-placed Wolves also have an outside chance of finishing in the top 10, but the Black Country side would not only need to beat Liverpool at Anfield but also require each of Brighton, Bournemouth and Crystal Palace to lose.

Although not mathematically relegated, it would take an unprecedented outcome for Luton to avoid the drop ahead of their final day meeting with Fulham at Kenilworth Road.
Although Luton only trail Nottingham Forest in 17th by three points, Nuno's side boast a superior goal difference by a significant margin of 12.
The Hatters would therefore need to beat Fulham, rely on Burnley beating Nottingham Forest, and overturn a 12-goal swing in order to avoid relegation back to the Championship.
