Michael van Gerwen and Gerwyn Price kick things off in the opening match in Leeds and I'm backing MvG to get the job done in this encounter.

Price had a problem with his back which forced him to miss Aberdeen and I think the fire has gone from his belly in the Premier League, which is why I'm taking Van Gerwen to win this match.

And if Price isn't firing on all cylinders, I'm going to back his average to fall below 97.5.

I also fancy the match to be a draw after four legs. I think it will be close in the early stages but I expect Van Gerwen will eventually pull away and add another vital two points to the board.
