League Two promotion contenders Port Vale take on League One high-fliers Wrexham in the Last 16 of the 2024/25 EFL Trophy on Tuesday evening.
The Valiants head into the game on a five-match unbeaten run since the turn of the new year, which leaves them just two points off the automatic promotion places in the fourth tier.
Meanwhile, Wrexham are third in League One and are four points behind second-placed Wycombe Wanderers following their 2-1 win away at Crawley Town on Saturday.
The winners of the Last 16 tie will host Bolton Wanderers in the quarter-finals later this month.

The two sides met in the group stage of this year's EFL Trophy and drew 1-1, with Port Vale going on to record a bonus point after a penalty shootout.
Both teams have scored in five of the last six meetings.
