Novak Djokovic French Open odds: World number one 7/2 to reign supreme in Paris

Novak Djokovic is currently priced at 7/2 to win the 2024 French Open after producing an incredible comeback to reach yet another quarter-final in Paris.

2024 French Open

The world number one has come out on top in back-to-back five setters to reach a 59th Grand Slam quarter-final and bring up a record 370th singles victory in majors.

Looking down and out after suffering an injury and trailing by two sets to one and a break in the fourth, Djokovic showed why he is one of the greatest competitors in the history of the sport by recovering to beat Francesco Cerundolo after four hours and 39 minutes on court.

By his extremely high standards, it has been a disappointing year so far for the 24-time Grand Slam champion who is yet to reach a final in 2024.

Class is permanent however, and many will still see Djokovic as the man to beat in Paris.

There should be even tougher tests to come for Djokovic as the tournament heats up, with seventh seed Casper Ruud his next opponent in a repeat of the 2023 final that saw the Serb come out on top to secure a third French Open title.
