Nottingham Forest have reportedly made an offer to sign Arsenal midfielder Fabio Vieira this summer.
Vieira enjoyed an impressive loan spell at Bundesliga side Hamburg last season.
He scored seven goals and registered five assists in 29 league appearances to help the club preserve their top-flight status.
Vieira has returned to North London following the end of the 2025/26 campaign but his game time is likely to be limited with the Premier League champions next season.
German news outlet FussballTransfers have reported that Nottingham Forest are looking to secure Vieira's signature and they have tabled a bid in the region of £24 million.
Vieira arrived at Arsenal in the summer of 2022 for a fee of £30 million from FC Porto.
He had forged a reputation as one of the brightest talents in European football and was tipped to progress into Portugal's senior team.
He featured on 33 occasions in his first season at the club, before injury curtailed his 2023/24 campaign and he eventually lost his place.
Vieira was loaned back to Porto in the 2024/25 season and he then moved out on loan to Hamburg last season.
Arsenal are now willing to cash in on a midfielder who could still have a bright future in the Premier League at the age of 26.
Nottm Forest are looking for reinforcements all over the pitch after flirting with relegation for large parts of last season.
Their midfield is a particular focus area with Elliot Anderson continuing to be linked with a big-money move to Manchester City.
