Nottingham Forest are reportedly interested in signing River Plate goalkeeper Santiago Beltran.
News outlet On The Minute have reported that the club are monitoring Beltran's progress ahead of the January transfer window.
However, it is claimed that Forest are not the only club keeping tabs on the player's situation.
Both Manchester United and Inter Milan are also mentioned as having an interest in signing the River Plate youngster.
The 21-year-old goalkeeper is seen as the long-term successor to Emiliano Martinez for Argentina.
He made his international debut in June and he will be looking to force his way into the team on a regular basis in the coming months.
Beltran has recorded an impressive 15 clean sheets in 39 appearances for River Plate this season and his performances are now catching the eye of clubs across Europe.
Oliver Glasner currently has Matz Sels and John Victor as his goalkeeping options at the CIty Ground.
However, the failed bid to sign Dean Henderson from Crystal Palace in August suggests that he is still looking for a first-choice stopper.
