New West Ham striker Niclas Fullkrug is priced at 18/1 to hit 20 or more goals in his maiden Premier League campaign.

A star of Borussia Dortmund's sensational run to the UEFA Champions League final last season, West Ham's acquisition of Niclas Fullkrug represents one of the most high-profile Premier League signings this summer.

31-year-old Fullkrug netted 15 goals in all competitions for Dortmund last term after arriving from Werder Bremen, including a pivotal winner in BVB's 1-0 win over Paris Saint-Germain in the first-leg of their UEFA Champions League semi-final tie.

A physically imposing striker at 6ft 2 ins, Fullkrug is a popular figure amongst supporters of the German national team and has scored 13 goals in 21 caps for his country.

A player with UEFA Champions League and international pedigree, the signing of Fullkrug seems a coup for new West Ham manager Julen Lopetegui.

Naturally a target man with limited pace, Fullkrug could act as an effective focal point for the Hammers with the likes of Jarrod Bowen, Mohammed Kudus and fellow new recruit Crysencio Summerville certain to provide him with plenty of service.

Signed for £27m, Fullkrug will hope to hit the ground running at the London Stadium as West Ham attempt to make a push to return to European competition under new boss Lopetegui.
