Sunday Night Football throws up an intriguing clash as the Pittsburgh Steelers host the New York Jets as the underdog despite holding a 4-2 record, while the visitors are looking to avoid a fourth defeat on the bounce.
Plenty as happened at Gang Green with head coach Robert Saleh having been sacked after their Week 5 loss to the Minnesota Vikings, with Defensive Coordinator Jeff Ulbrich taking interim charge before losing his first game narrowly to the Buffalo Bills (23-20).
The Jets have since traded for Davante Adams to reunite the three-time All Pro wide receiver with his former Green Bay Packers QB, Aaron Rodgers, in a bid to get the offence going more effectively, and the 31-year-old has been cleared to make his debut at Acrisure Stadium after a recent hamstring issue.
The Steelers bounced back from back-to-back losses with a 32-13 thumping of the Las Vegas Raiders last week and are now tied at the top of the AFC North with the Baltimore Ravens on a 4-2 record. However, head coach Mike Tomlin is set to make a change at quarter-back with Russell Wilson ready to make his debut after a calf injury.
Najee Harris over 55.5 rushing yards - 5/6
The Steelers gameplan is built around their rushing game and there will be little surprise if they maintain that approach in Sunday night's clash with the Jets. Although they are not the most explosive on the ground, only the Baltimore Ravens have rushed more times through Week 6, while only seven teams have attempted fewer passes.
Justin Fields obviously offers a threat on the ground himself - Pittsburgh's second leading rusher with 231 yards - but with him set to be replaced by Wilson, Najee Harris should expect an even heavier workload than usual.
Harris has so far rushed for 376 yards from 96 attempts and although that is not the most spectacular on the face of it, the benchmark has not been set too high.
When the Steelers have got him going they have won so far this season, with the 26-year-old having rushed for at least 69 yards in all four of their wins, while he was held to 42 and 19 yards in the losses to the Dallas Cowboys and Indianapolis Colts.
The Jets have given up at least 126 yards on the ground in four of their six games and with Harris expected to take the bulk of the carries, he should hit at least 56.
Davante Adams anytime touchdown scorer - 8/5
Making the move for Davante Adams shows an intent from the Jets as they look to get the best out of Rodgers while they can, and he looks a good shout to find the end zone on Sunday night.
New York's offence has been struggling this season and with something of a fall-out between their star QB and Mike Williams, seemingly, after the loss to the Bills, Rodgers might well target his fellow former Packer as much as he can.
There is no doubting the talent of the three-time All Pro and both he and Rodgers will be desperate to make the significant impact needed that could just turn the Jets' season around.
Adams may only have one touchdown to his name this season but that came against the AFC North-leading Ravens, while he hit double figures for TDs in five of his last six seasons with Rodgers at Green Bay, and had 22 combined in his first two seasons with the Raiders.

Money Line | Spread | Over/Under | |
Steelers | 23/20 | +2.0 - 10/11 | Over 39.0 - 10/11 |
Jets | 20/27 | -2.0 - 10/11 | Under 39.0 - 10/11 |
Under 39.0 Total Points - 10/11
There are too many question marks over the respective offences to be fully convinced on a winner, with the road team installed as favourites despite their three-game winless run, during which they sacked their head coach.
The two-point spread is perhaps not enough to be convinced either way but the Steelers could be the value to win on the Money Line, given their winning record this season and homefield advantage.
However, they have lost the last two games against the Jets while the potential preference of Wilson at QB on debut also muddies the waters, so the best play would be to go under the total line.
These are two of the best defences in the league with only three teams having conceded fewer points than the Steelers' tally of 86 and it is difficult to see this being a high-scoring clash, particularly with both sides' struggles with the ball and Pittsburgh's propensity to control the clock on the ground.
