The NFL looks to have saved the best game of the Divisional round of the playoffs for last with a titanic clash between the Buffalo Bills and the Baltimore Ravens at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, New York.
Both teams sauntered through their Wild Card round tests with the second-seeded Bills dispatching the seventh-seeded Denver Broncos 31-7, scoring 31 unanswered points after an early 43-yard touchdown from the visitors' Troy Franklin had threatened an upset.
The Ravens condemned the faltering Pittsburgh Steelers to their fifth successive loss with a relatively straightforward 28-14 win over their AFC North rivals at M&T Bank Stadium, but the third seeds must now go on the road to meet Buffalo.
The 13-4 Bills won one more game in the regular season than the 12-5 Ravens, but both teams ended the campaign in solid form with Baltimore now on a five-game winning streak while Buffalo have won 11 of their last 13, with one of the losses coming when they rested most of their starters against the Patriots in Week 18.
The Ravens have won seven of the teams' 12 all-time meetings including a 35-10 home win in Week 4 of this season, although the Bills had won the two other battles between the teams in the last five seasons.
Oddsmakers are expecting a close contest and the Ravens are marginal favourites to win on the road, which means the Bills are on course to be home underdogs in the playoffs for the first time since they joined the NFL in 1970.
Derrick Henry longest rush over 19.5 yards - 20/23
Derrick Henry has been a sensational free agent signing for the Ravens this season and the veteran running back is in with a chance of his first NFL Championship success at the age of 31.
The former Titans star powered his way to 1,921 rushing yards and 16 rushing touchdowns in the regular season and began his playoff campaign with another awesome performance, gaining 186 rushing yards and two touchdowns against the Steelers.
The Bills ranked a respectable 12th in the regular season for rushing defence but they had a miserable day when trying to contain Henry in the teams' first meeting, as the Ravens RB racked up 199 rushing yards, a rushing touchdown and a receiving TD for good measure.
With Henry's rushing yards line set high, preference is to back him to record at least one run of 20 yards or more. He had an 87-yard play in the first meeting, broke one for 44 yards against the Steelers last week and has had big plays of 20 or more rushing yards in 14 of his 18 appearances this season.
Khalil Shakir over 53.5 receiving yards - 10/11
The Ravens had the best rushing defence in the NFL in the regular season, giving up just 80.1 yards per game, which was 13.3 yards better than the second-best team.
RB James Cook was a key figure for the Bills last week, gaining 120 rushing yards against the Broncos, but head coach Sean McDermott is probably going to have to turn to his passing game led by elite QB Josh Allen to get the job done against the Ravens.
Khalil Shakir has been a key wide receiver for the Bills this year, leading the team in the regular season with 821 receiving yards in 15 games for an average of 54.7 per outing.
The third-season wideout proved a safe pair of hands against the Broncos last week, catching all six of the passes that came his way for 61 yards and he will need to at least replicate that effort if his team are to see off the Ravens at home.

Buffalo Bills v Baltimore Ravens money line pick - Baltimore Ravens - 20/23
The Ravens have had moments this season when their nerve has proved shaky at crucial moments and their disappointing losses to the Las Vegas Raiders and Cleveland Browns were down to a lack of mental resolve rather than a lack of talent.
There has been no lack of fortitude or execution in their recent performances, though, and they look as strong now as they have at any point this season and genuine title contenders.
The Bills' 35-10 loss to the Ravens in their first meeting was easily their worst effort this season but it's hard to ignore heading into the rematch and the Ravens are worth backing on the money line to advance to the AFC Championship game.
The Ravens slammed the Texans 31-2 in their most recent road trip on Christmas Day and are built to play in the freezing conditions which are forecast.
