Baltimore Ravens v Pittsburgh Steelers: Prediction, Tips and Odds

AFC North rivals, the Baltimore Ravens and Pittsburgh Steelers will meet for the third time this season when they clash in the Wild Card Round of the playoffs on Sunday.

The Ravens won the AFC North title thanks to their 12-5 record, just a few wins better off than the 10-7 Steelers.

Both teams beat each other during the regular season, with Pittsburgh recording a 18-16 win in Week 11 and the Ravens triumphing 34-17 in Week 16.

Baltimore have home advantage thanks to their superior seeding and Sunday's game promises to be another tense affair.

Baltimore Ravens v Pittsburgh Steelers prop bets - tips and predictions

Derrick Henry Over 99.5 Rushing Yards - 10/11

Only Saquon Barkley (2,005 yards) ran for more yards in the regular season than Derrick Henry, with the latter finishing with 1,921 and scoring three more touchdowns than Barkley (13).

Henry rushed for an average of 5.9 yards per carry in 17 games and he enjoyed tremendous success against the Steelers during the two regular-season meetings.

In the first clash in November, Henry racked up 62 yards from 13 carries for one touchdown, while last month he recorded a whopping 162 yards from 24 carries.

The Ravens have the best rushing offence in the NFL and Henry should once again work tirelessly to get his team over the line.

Lamar Jackson Over 47.5 Rushing Yards - 10/11

The weather forecast for this weekend's game in Baltimore suggests it could be played in heavy snow and strong winds, so both teams will no doubt adjust their game plans to make them rush-heavy.

As well as Henry, Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson rushed for 915 yards in the regular season, becoming the NFL's all-time leading rusher as a QB.

Jackson may be without wide receiver Zay Flowers due to injury, who is one of his main targets through the air, and that could put more rushing responsibility on the QB to try and push his team forward.

The Steelers will be competitive under coach Mike Tomlin and they will fight hard for every yard on both sides of the ball.

Pittsburgh's playoff spot was confirmed before the Week 18 schedule but, worryingly, the Steelers have lost four games in a row.

Tomlin's team conceded 19 points or more in each of those games and they will do well to stop the Ravens rushing attack, especially when Baltimore recorded a 34-17 win in Week 16.

Tomlin wants his team to improve on the ground, but that is easier said than done and they will struggle to keep Baltimore at bay.

If the Ravens establish their ground game, they will be able to wind down the clock and dominate possession in front of a passionate home crowd.

Since their Week 14 Bye, the Ravens are 4-0 and they have scored at least 30 points in each of those contests.

Baltimore's offence is in a great place at present, so expect them to outclass the Steelers for the second time in four weeks.
