Feyenoord boss Arne Slot has moved odds-on favourite to become the next Liverpool manager at 1/4, following reports the Anfield side have opened talks with the Dutchman.
Sporting Lisbon manager Ruben Amorim remains second favourite at 9/1 to succeed Jurgen Klopp in the Anfield dugout, but it appears as though Slot is now the frontrunner.

Dutchman Slot is the big mover in the betting to become the next Liverpool manager, with the 45-year-old having just led Feyenoord to the KNVB Cup following a 1-0 victory over NEC Nijmegen in the final.
A charismatic coach with a progressive coaching philosophy, Slot led Feyenoord to just their second Eredivisie title in 24 years last term with the 16-time Dutch champions losing just one league match all season.
Feyenoord look increasingly unlikely to retain their Eredivisie title this term as they trail PSV by nine points, but a first KNVB Cup in six years will have gone down well with the club's passionate fanbase.
Other names in the frame for the soon-to-be-vacant Liverpool managerial position include Brighton's Roberto De Zerbi (10/1), and Klopp's assistant Pep Lijnders (14/1).
