The next Everton manager odds have been suspended with David Moyes' return to Goodison Park set to be confirmed.
Scotsman Moyes is line to replace Sean Dyche in the role, with Everton's 1-0 defeat at Bournemouth last weekend extending Everton's winless run to five matches and proving to be the ex-Burnley boss' last match in charge.
Dyche managed just three wins in 19 Premier League matches this season and he leaves with the club sitting in 16th place and one point above the relegation zone.
Former Toffees manager Moyes, who is available after leaving West Ham United at the end of last season, was in charge at Goodison Park from 2002 to 2013 until he left to join Manchester United following the retirement of Sir Alex Ferguson.
After his unsuccessful stint at Old Trafford, Moyes spent time at Real Sociedad and Sunderland before joining West Ham United in two separate spells.
His finest hour came in the 2022/23 UEFA Conference League final where he led West Ham to victory over Fiorentina and secured the club's first major trophy for 43 years.
Moyes will now be charged with maintaining relegation-threatened Everton's Premier League status ahead of the club's move to a new stadium at Bramley-Moore next season.
