Newcastle United will look to bounce back from a disappointing 2023/24 campaign that saw them go from Champions League football to no European football whatsoever.

Of course, the Magpies would have been embarking on a European campaign but for Manchester United's shock FA Cup final win, and but for lengthy injuries to the likes of Nick Pope, Sven Botman, Kieran Trippier, Joelinton, Joe Willock, Harvey Barnes and Callum Wilson, they'd surely have improved on their middling tally of 60 points.

Speculation surrounded the club with regards to how they would walk the tightrope of PSR, but it appears they'll be able to keep their stars while potentially adding Marc Guehi and welcoming back Sandro Tonali.
