Influencer Ibiza Final Boss has got a new opponent for his Misfits Boxing debut next month.
The 27-year-old - real name Jack Kay - shot to fame online last summer when a video of him dancing on the Spanish island went viral on social media.
With his unique hairstyle and distinctive look Kay quickly racked up a significant audience, and now boasts more than 220,000 followers on Instagram.
After finding online fame the Geordie featured in a documentary where he claimed he made over £800k in just six weeks from appearances, DJ sets and paid social media posts.
After announcing that he would be stepping into the ring Kay was originally scheduled to face comedian and content creator Daniel 'Dapper Laughs' O'Reilly on the undercard of Tommy Fury's clash with former World's Strongest Man Eddie Hall at the AO Arena.
However, O'Reilly will now not be featuring on the card and the Ibiza Final boss will instead face Manchester rapper Jordan McCann on 13 June.
The pair have previously traded barbs on social media, and will now face off in a grudge match as part of the eight-fight card.
Writing on social media, Kay welcomed the change in opponent and hit out at his rival: "NORTH EAST VS NORTH WEST TIME TO GET SMASHED IN YOUR HOME TOWN."
Who is Jordan McCann?
Hailing from Manchester, UK hip-hop artist Jordan McCann garnered fame online after launching his music career from prison in 2019.
The 32-year-old detailed his upbringing in an interview with the Manchester Evening News:
“I couldn’t see past that area, all I cared about was that area," McCann said.
"‘I need to sell the most drugs in this area, I need to be the main person in this area'".
Since then McCann has moved into the influencer boxing sphere, and was set to serve as the ring announcer for the Misfits heavyweight title showdown between Chase DeMoor and Andrew Tate in Dubai late last year.
McCann is also known for his viral appearance on the Anything Goes with James English podcast in 2023.
In a clip from the podcast that was later circulated widely on social media, McCann discussed his Christian faith and challenged English to test his knowledge of the Bible.
Asked his favourite passage from the scripture, McCann infamously replied: "The best verse says that if you stop at every dog that barks, you'll never reach your destination."
That quote is instead attributed to former UK Prime Minister Winston Churchill, who popularised the idiom: "You will never reach your destination if you stop and throw stones at every dog that barks".
