We have priced up joint-tournament favourites France at 7/2 to beat Netherlands and for both teams to score in Leipzig on Friday evening.

Both sides were far from convincing in their opening Euro 2024 encounters as France produced a workmanlike performance in their 1-0 win over an impressive Austria, while Netherlands had to come from behind to beat Poland 2-1.

France are unsurprisingly the 5/4 favourites to beat Netherlands, with Ronald Koeman's side priced at 5/2 to win and secure their place in the Round of 16.

Much of the build up to the Group D clash has surrounded Kylian Mbappe and whether he will be fit to play after sustaining a broken nose against Austria. We've priced up the new Real Madrid signing as the favourite at 4/1 to score the first goal in Leipzig.

As for Netherlands, Cody Gakpo opened his account for the tournament against Poland and he is 10/3 to score at any time, which is the same price as Atletico Madrid frontman Memphis Depay.
