This year's ATP Indian Wells is at the quarter-final phase with a strong field in contention for the first leg of the iconic 'Sunshine Double', which also encompasses the Miami Open.
Heading into the last eight are the likes of British number one Cameron Norrie as well as tournament top seed Carlos Alcaraz and the explosive Daniil Medvedev.
What | Cameron Norrie v Frances Tiafoe |
Where | Indian Wells Tennis Garden, California |
When | 18:00, Wednesday 15th March 2023 |

Odds | Cameron Norrie 8/13, Frances Tiafoe 13/10 |
Since his third-round exit at this year's Australian Open, Norrie has looked like a man on a mission and could be a good bet at 8/13 to see off Frances Tiafoe in his Indian Wells quarter-final.
British number one Norrie responded to his disappointment in Melbourne by making the final of the ATP Buenos Aires, losing to Alcaraz, before beating the Spaniard in the final of the ATP Rio.
It was an impressive showing on the South American clay-court circuit but Norrie has also handled the transition to the hard courts of California well, dropping only one set in his first three matches in Indian Wells and beating sixth seed Andrey Rublev 6-2 6-4 last time out.
Tiafoe has also cruised through the first three rounds but is yet to face a seeded player at Indian Wells and Norrie won the only previous meeting between the players 6-0 3-6 6-4 at Delray Beach in 2021.
What | Daniil Medvedev v Alejandro Davidovich Fokina |
Where | Indian Wells Tennis Garden, California |
When | 18:00, Wednesday 15th March 2023 |
How to watch | bet365 Sports Live Streaming & Amazon Prime |
Odds | Daniil Medvedev 2/9, Alejandro Davidovich Fokina 10/3 |
Medvedev is 13/8 favourite To Win Outright the ATP Indian Wells but he has cut a frustrated figure in his last two matches and may not have things all his own way against Alejandro Davidovich Fokina.
In the third round against Ilya Ivashka, Medvedev complained about the speed of the Indian Wells courts and lashed out at the umpire, while in his fourth-round tussle with Alexander Zverev, he also had a few outbursts and had to have a medical timeout after twisting his ankle.
In both of those matches, the Russian dropped sets and his temperament along with a potential niggling injury could make him vulnerable against Spaniard Davidovich Fokina, who is 10/3 to win this match.
Davidovich Fokina has overcome accomplished pair Karen Khachanov and Cristian Garin in his last two matches and took Medvedev to three sets at the ATP Rotterdam in February, so a bet on this match to go to three sets in Total Sets appeals at 13/8.

What | Carlos Alcaraz v Felix Auger Aliassime |
Where | Indian Wells Tennis Garden, California |
When | 18:00, Thursday 16th March 2023 |
How to watch | Amazon Prime |
Odds | Carlos Alcaraz 4/11, Felix Auger Aliassime 11/5 |
Carlos Alcaraz could represent a bit of outright value at 2/1 To Win Outright the ATP Indian Wells but he must first negotiate his quarter-final with Canadian Felix Auger Aliassime.
The Spaniard has looked solid in 2023, having picked up the ATP Buenos Aires title before making the final of the ATP Rio, and in the third round of the ATP Indian Wells, he recorded his 100th win on the ATP tour with victory over Tallon Griekspoor.
His first two triumphs in California were in straight sets before he was handed a walkover win against Great Britain's Jack Draper and the tournament's top seed is worth chancing at 1/1 to win 2-0 in Set Betting against Auger Aliassime, who was pushed close by Tommy Paul last time out.
What | Taylor Fritz v Jannik Sinner |
Where | Indian Wells Tennis Garden, California |
When | 18:00, Thursday 16th March 2023 |
How to watch | Amazon Prime |
Odds | Taylor Fritz 10/11, Jannik Sinner 10/11 |
American Taylor Fritz is still in contention to defend his ATP Indian Wells title, having beaten Rafael Nadal in last year's final, and he is worth a bet in a 'pick'em' contest with Italian Jannik Sinner.
Fourth seed Fritz has barely broken a sweat in his last two matches against plucky Argentinian Sebastian Baez and experienced Hungarian Marton Fucsovics and he was crowned Delray Beach champion only last month.
Sinner is also going well with finals appearances at the Open Sud de France and the ATP Rotterdam last month but this is Fritz's territory and he can capitalise on having the home crowd behind him.
