Nathan Aspinall v Peter Wright betting tips, predictions & start time

Nathan Aspinall v Peter Wright (19:45)

Over 9.5 Legs @ 5/6
Nathan Aspinall - Over 2.5 180s @ 4/6
Over 5.5 180s @ 11/10

It's been the theme of the competition to date, matches going deep with very few blowouts!

I expect another close one here; in fact, it has every chance of going the full 11 legs. But to give the bet a little bit of leeway I like the look of the 5/6 on offer for the match to extend beyond nine legs.

Peter Wright is improving; he has been playing superbly well in the floor tournaments, reaching the semi-final in one recently, and he also notched his highest three-dart average in the Premier League this season against Luke Littler last week, in a game that he could have won.

I am expecting him to be on song again in Exeter too, and he is going to need to be because Nathan Aspinall is playing well, but not quite getting over the winning line.

The Asp made the final last week and he will be full of confidence, so I really like 4/6 on him notching three or more maximums - he always gives himself opportunities, and I think he has hit three or more in every game he has played in the competition this year.

Peter is also playing with more freedom now too, although he knows he needs points, but I still expect him to chip in with a couple of maximums too; so if we get the legs then I'd be surprised if we didn't see six or seven 1980s being scored between the pair.
