Spanish Grand Prix: Times, schedule, how to watch, weather and lap record

Jorge Martin heads to Jerez as the Championship leader, however Enea Bastianini and Maverick Viñales made up some precious ground during round three in the USA. The duo will be looking to close in further on the Spaniard this weekend, while it's certainly difficult to bet against Marc Marquez at his home Grand Prix.

The Spanish Grand Prix weekend will be available to watch on TNT Sports and discovery+. They are the official broadcasters of the 2024 season and have the rights to every race.

The track temperature in Spain this weekend is expected to be somewhere between 25°C (77°F) and 30°C (86°F) in the daylight hours. This is due to the potential for there to be direct sunlight on the track on Saturday and Sunday.

The forecast for this weekend in Jerez looks to be largely dry and sunny - the perfect conditions for racing.

Friday - A bright start to the day that will see clouds start to creep in mid-afternoon, low winds and expected high temperatures of 19°C (66°F). There is the possibilities of showers overnight going into Saturday.

Saturday - A wet start to the day, with drizzle until the late morning and winds of around 18-21mph. The afternoon however, should brighten up, seeing temperatures hit around 19°C (66°F). No rain is expected overnight.

Sunday - Race day will see temperatures of around 19°C (66°F) yet again, with winds of around 17mph. Expect bright sunshine all day.
