The eighth round of the MotoGP season is approaching, with racers hitting the road in the Netherlands at the TT Assen Circuit.
The Assen Circuit, which is famous for being a technical and rigorous track, will test the 22 riders and their abilities to the max with a series of abrupt turns and corners.

Valentino Rossi holds the spot as the most successful rider at the TT Circuit Assen, having taken nine victories across all classes.
Assen race track has a length of 4.555 km (2.830 mi) and the track includes a variety of super fast flat-out and slow corners.
The all-time MotoGP lap record at the TT Assen Circuit was set by Ducati rider Marco Bezzecchi in 2023, with the Italian setting a time of 1:31.472.
The track is expected to reach temperatures between 21°C (70°F) to 30°C (86°F) in Assen this weekend due to a primarily sunny forecast.
For the most part, Assen is expected to remain rather sunny and warm this weekend for the Dutch Grand Prix.
Friday - Sunny with light cloud coverage, temperature during FP1 and practice is expected to be around 19°C (66°F) to 21°C (70°F), with little to no wind.
Saturday - Saturday morning brings bright sunshine and 22°C (71°F), temperatures for FP2, Q1 and Q2. There is no wind expected all day.
Sunday - Race day also looks to be sunny with no wind and temperatures of 19°C (66°F).
