The 2026 MotoGP season kicks off in Thailand this weekend, with Marc Marquez looking to start his title defence in style after missing the back end of last season.
Marquez will equal Giacomo Agostini's record of eight premier class world titles should he be victorious this season, but despite his dominance last term, a whole host of riders will fancy their chances with a clean slate this term.
The Spaniard did the sprint and race double at the 2025 MotoGP Thai Grand Prix.

The Aragon Grand Prix is due to start at 13:00 (BST) on Sunday 30th August, which will see the drivers take to the track at 14:00 local time.
Sprint Start Time
A staple of a MotoGP weekend, the sprint in northeastern Spain will begin at 14:00 (BST) on Saturday 29th August, which is 15:00 in local time.

Qualifying will take place on Saturday 29th August, scheduled at the times below:
