Most UEFA Europa League goals since 2009/10

We take a look at the 10 players who've scored the most UEFA Europa League goals since its establishment ahead of the 2009/10 campaign.

• Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (34)

The Gabonese centre forward tops the list, having found the net 34 times in the competition since the 2009/10 season.

His most impressive campaign in the UEFA Europa League was in the 2023/24 season, scoring 10 times for Marseille. He also scored twice in the competition for Barcelona, eight times for Borussia Dortmund and 14 times for Arsenal.

• Radamel Falcao (30)

Radamel Falcao scored 30 goals in 31 UEFA Europa League games during his spells at Porto and Atletico Madrid.

Despite only playing three seasons in the competition, he still finds himself second on the list, netting an incredible 17 goals in the 2010/11 campaign.

• Romelu Lukaku (27)

Romelu Lukaku first featured in the UEFA Europa League in the 2009/10 season for Anderlecht, finding the net four times in 704 minutes.

It wasn't until the 2014/15 campaign that he would make a significant impact in the competition, scoring eight goals for Everton across nine games. He has since scored 14 times, seven for for Inter Milan and seven for Roma.

• Aritz Aduriz (26)

Aritz Aduriz offered little contribution in his opening three UEFA Europa League campaigns, scoring just once in 12 games.

This was until the 2015/16 campaign, where he found the net 10 times in 11 games. He and Sevilla went on to win the competition in that season.

• Alexandre Lacazette (25)

Alexandre Lacazette has enjoyed eight seasons in the competition, scoring at least once in all eight.

He opened his UEFA Europa League account in the 2012/13 campaign for Lyon and returned to the club in 2022 to try and add to his tally.

• Munas Dabbur (24)

Munas Dabbur has represented four teams in the UEFA Europa League - Hoffenheim, Sevilla, Red Bull Salzburg and Maccabi Tel Aviv.

His best form in the competition came when playing for Red Bull Salzburg, scoring 14 of his 24 goals for the Austrian side.

• Kevin Gameiro (22)

Kevin Gameiro is seventh on the list, netting 22 goals in 51 games.

His most important goal came in the 2015/16 final against Liverpool, levelling the score in the 46th minute. Sevilla went on to win the game 3-1, winning their fifth UEFA Europa League trophy.

• Edin Dzeko (21)

Edin Dzeko's career in front of goal has been remarkable, and he has found the net at all four clubs he has played for in the UEFA Europa League.

His best season was at Roma in the 2016/17 campaign, scoring eight goals in eight games.

• Oscar Cardozo (20)

Oscar Cardozo has scored 20 times in the competition, all coming at Benfica.

After netting 20 goals in 29 games from 2009 to 2013, he failed to score in his following three campaigns.

• Bruno Fernandes (20)

Bruno Fernandes kickstarted his UEFA Europa League career with Sporting CP in 2017 and found the net 11 times in three seasons for the Portuguese club.

He has managed nine goals in the competition for Manchester United since his arrival. However, in recent years his attention has turned to creating, registering 10 assists in four campaigns.
