Blind played a total of 59 matches in the competition for the Dutch giants across two separate spells, which includes 10 appearances in the qualifying rounds.
The former Manchester United player is 13 ahead of Serbian attacking midfielder Dusan Tadic, who has featured 46 times in the UEFA Champions League for Ajax.
Current captain Davy Klaassen is next on the list with 43 appearances having represented Ajax in three different spells.
Finland legend Jari Litmanen scored 20 goals in 42 UEFA Champions League matches for Ajax, while goalkeeper Edwin van Der Sar completes the top five.
Twin brothers Ronald de Boer and Frank de Boer also feature in the top 10 alongside former Arsenal winger Marc Overmars.
