The Brazil forward scored 118 goals in 173 appearances for PSG during a six-year spell, before departing for Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal in 2023.
England's Morgan Rogers is the second most expensive attacking midfielder in transfer history following his €138m move from Aston Villa to Chelsea this summer.
Rogers is just above Philippe Coutinho on the list, while Jude Bellingham and Florian Wirtz complete the top five.
There is also a place in the top ten for the likes of Zinedine Zidane, Kevin De Bruyne and Dominik Szoboszlai.
