Mohamed Salah is 15/8 to outscore Manchester United when Liverpool face the Red Devils at Anfield in the Premier League on Sunday.
Few players have tormented United like Salah has in recent years; at Old Trafford alone, Salah has actually outscored United 11-10 when he’s been on the pitch in their last seven trips across the M62.
He’s hardly struggled at Anfield either, scoring five in his last five, including braces in the 4-0 and 7-0 routs, and leads United 5-0 in their last five meetings.

2020/21 | 0 | 0 |

Anfield hasn’t been the happiest of hunting grounds for United in recent years, scoring just one goal in their last eight trips to Liverpool. That came courtesy of Jesse Lingard, who left the club in 2022, under Jose Mourinho, who left the club in 2018.
Since then, United have had Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, Ralf Rangnick and Erik ten Hag go to Anfield and leave without their side scoring a goal, and Ruben Amorim has it all to do if he’s to buck the recent trend.
If there’s anything to give United hope, it’s that while Liverpool have been imperious this season, they have been conceding goals in recent weeks, shipping 14 in their last 10 games, keeping just three clean sheets. United are odds-on at 4/6 to score at least one goal and 7/4 to outscore Salah, but the flip side is that the Reds have scored one or fewer just twice this campaign, scoring an average of 2.5 goals per Premier League match.
Salah is responsible for a ridiculous 17 of Liverpool’s 45 goals, and 30 when including his 13 assists, but if United can keep the Egyptian quiet, they have an outside chance of getting something from Anfield.
That, of course, is much easier said than done, with Salah blanking in just two games this season. He’s scored in 14 games, assisted in 10, and both scored and assisted in eight.
For United, their entire team is failing to score. The Red Devils have failed to score in eight games so far, including each of their last three and have now lost five of their last six Premier League games.
