Oktagon 72 will take place at the Fortuna Arena, known as Eden, in Prague, Czech Republic.
This venue hosted the rematch between Vémola and Végh in 2024, breaking the country's open-air attendance record with over 27,000 spectators.
The 10-fight card at Oktagon 72 will begin from 17:00 BST.
The Infinity Belt has been created to define this trilogy between Karlos Vemola and Attila Vegh.
With the score at 1:1, the pair will face off for the final time with the winner taking home this one-off belt that has been made to crown the “King of the Era”.
In 2019, Vegh knocked out Vemola in the first round of the “Fight of the Century” with Vemola waiting five years for his revenge, winning the rematch by a second-round submission.
In the co-main event the Interim Middleweight Championship is on the line as former UFC fighter Makhmud Muradov faces off against Patrik Kincl.
