Inter Miami lead the betting odds to retain their MLS title after defeating Vancouver Whitecaps 3-1 in the 2025 final to clinch their first honour.

Lionel Messi enjoyed a remarkable campaign for the Miami-based outfit, scoring 35 goals and notching 23 assists across the league and play-off stages, and he'll be looking to fire the club to more silverware in his third full season.

Los Angeles FC, who crashed out of the play-offs at the Conference semi-finals stage last term, fall just behind Javier Mascherano's side in the betting.

Last year's runners-up, Vancouver Whitecaps, are seeking their first MLS Cup success and they feature prominently in the market.

San Diego topped the Western Conference standings in 2025, before exiting the play-offs to Vancouver Whitecaps, and they're amongst the favourites to lift the trophy.
